I am a UX/UI designer and Researcher with 3+ years of experience in the dynamic world of SaaS (Software as a Service) environments.

Currently working on solutions for online media monitoring, customer engagement and chat bot solutions, I have a proven history of designing user-centric interfaces that enhance the overall user experience, prioritising seamless and intuitive interactions to increase engagement and user satisfaction. 

 

My unique background in Anthropology and research has equipped me with a deep understanding of human behaviour and an innate ability to translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
 

Exploring the globe and immersing myself in diverse cultures is my ultimate source of inspiration. Seeking fresh adventures, I've had the privilege of residing in five countries: Brazil, Italy, England, and, as of 2019, I've made the Netherlands my home.
